Khasiat Hebat Mandi ... !!!

1. Sebuah studi yang diterbitkan dalam New England Journal of Medicine : Untuk penderita diabetes, dengan setengah jam berendam dalam bak air hangat dapat menurunkan tingkat gula darah sekitar 13 persen.

2. Penelitian terpisah di Jepang : Dengan berendam selama 10 menit dalam air hangat dapat memperbaiki kesehatan jantung baik pria maupun wanita. Adapun manfaat mandi dan petunjuk mandi yang sehat dapat dilihat di bawah ini:

1. Mengeluarkan racun
Mandi dengan air hangat sekitar 32-35 derajat Celsius dapat membuka pori-pori yang dapat membantu mengeluarkan toksin.
Waktu yang dianjurkan selama 10-20 menit.

2. Stress
Ternyata mandi air dingin dapat menghilangkan stress karena meredakan ketegangan,dan dianjurkan dengan temperatur sekitar 12-18 derajat celcius.
Nah hal ini kebalikan dari air hangat karena akan mempersempit darah dan meningkatkan tingkat gula darah. Oleh sebab itu untuk penderita diabetes tidak dianjurkan untuk mandi air dingin.

4. Infeksi
Untuk infeksi seperti sariawan dapat menambahkan pada air hangat yaitu tiga atau empat cuka dari sari buah apel dan berendamlah selama 15-20 menit. Ini juga baik untuk mengeluarkan racun dari dalam tubuh karena cuka dapat menyeimbangkan kembali asam.

5. Flu dan Sakit Kepala
Untuk menyembuhkan flu dan sakit kepala dapat dilakukan dengan merendam kaki dalam air hangat. Masukan air hangat secukupnya dalam bak sampai menutupi kaki dan pergelangan kaki tambahkan beberapa tetes minyak seperti lavender, peppermint atau lemon. Setelah selesai basuh dengan air dingin. Lakukan selama 10-20 menit.

6. Insomnia

Haruskah Cinta = Menikah ?

Cinta adalah keinginan untuk memiliki. Cinta antara lelaki dan perempuan hanya bisa bersemi dalam jembatan pelaminan. Itulah cinta sebenarnya, ketertarikan antara pria dan wanita.

Lupakanlah ! Lupakanlah semua cinta jiwa yang tidak akan sampai di pelaminan. Tidak ada cinta jiwa tanpa sentuhan fisik. Semua cinta dari jenis yang ini, yang tidak berujung dengan penyatuan fisik, hanya akan mewariskan penderitaan bagi jiwa.

Misalnya peristiwa yang dialami oleh Nashr Bin Hajjaj di masa pemerintahan Khalifah Umar Bin Khattab.

Nashr adalah pemuda paling tampan dimasa itu di Madinah. Sosoknya sangat tekun beribadah, dan memiliki sifat kalem (Gayanya cool kalo jaman sekarang gitu loh). Secara diam-diam, Nashr adalah pemuda idaman kaum hawa saat itu. Dia begitu disukai gadis-gadis.

Sampai suatu saat Umar Bin Khattab mendengar seorang perempuan menyebut nama Nashr dalam bait-bait puisi kerinduan yang dilantunkan di malam hari. Mendengar itu, Umar mencari sosok yang disebut dalam puisi tersebut. Terpanalah Umar melihat ketampanan dan kekerenan dari Nashr bin Hajjaj ini. Umar mengatakan : "Ketampananmu telah menjadi fitnah bagi gadis-gadis di Madinah."

Maka, selaku khalifah yang arif, Umar mengirim Nashr ke Basra (Irak). Disini Nashr dititipkan pada sebuah keluarga yang terdiri dari sepasang suami istri yang telah bahagia kehidupannya. Namun lagi-lagi ketampanan Nashr menimbulkan masalah, karena istri dari tuan rumah tersebut jatuh hati pada Nashr. Dan lebih parah lagi, Nashr ternyata juga jatuh hati pada kecantikan dan kebaikan budian istri keluarga tersebut.

Suatu ketika, Nashr berkumpul dengan tuan rumah yang terdiri dari suami dan istri tersebut. Nashr menulis sesuatu dengan tangannnya diatas tanah yang kemudian dijawab oleh sang istri dengan tulisan juga. Karena buta huruf, suami yang sudah curiga itupun memanggil sahabatnya untuk membaca tulisan itu setelah acara berkumpul tersebut selesai. Sahabatnya mengatakan bahwa tulisan yang terdapat ditanah yang ditulis oleh istrinya dan Nashr berbunyi : "Aku Cinta Padamu.."

Nashr tentu saja malu. Akhirnya dengan menanggung beban malu, Nashr memutuskan meninggalkan rumah keluarga itu, dan hidup sendiri disebuah gubuk terpencil. Namun, perasaan cintanya pada sang istri keluarga tersebut tak mampu dia hapus. Nashr menderita karenanya, hidup merana karena Cinta.

Sampai akhirnya Nashr jatuh sakit dan badannya kurus kering karena menanggung derita cinta yang tiada akhir (kata mutiara cinta Pat Kai). Melihat peristiwa itu, suami perempuan itu kasihan melihat kondisi Nashr bin Hajjaj yang tadinya tampan rupawan, jadi kurus kering dan sakit parah. Dia menyuruh istrinya untuk mengobati Nashr.

Betapa gembiranya Nashr ketika melihat perempuan itu datang. Tapi cinta mereka tak mungkin berakhir di pelaminan. Memang mereka berdua tidak melakukan dosa perselingkuhan badan. Namun mereka sangat menderita karena hal itu, dan Nashr akhirnya meninggal karena kepedihan jiwa yang cintanya tak mampu memiliki wanita idamannya.

Itulah derita panjang dari sebuah cerita cinta yang tumbuh di ladang yang salah. Tragis memang, tapi perasaan cinta memang tak mampu dibendung, sehingga Nashr lebih rela membayarnya dengan kepedihan hati dan derita karena cinta hingga akhir hayatnya.

Pastilah cinta yang seperti itu akan menjadi penyakit. Sebab cinta sebenarnya, cinta antara pria dan wanita, hanya akan menemukan kekuatannya dengan sentuhan fisik. Makin intent sentuhan fisiknya, makin kuat dua jiwa dan dua cinta saling tersambung.

Maka, ketika sentuhan fisik menjadi mustahil, cinta seperti yang dialami Nashr akan berkembang menjadi penyakit. Itulah sebabnya cinta antara pria dan wanita sebaik-baiknya adalah dengan menyatukan hati dan fisik mereka dipelaminan atau pernikahan.
